On Thursday 3 December 2020, Managing Director and HR Advisor, Maria Bartolo Zahra, was invited to participate in StreetHR’s HR GIG 5. The event was entitled ‘Empowerment, Set No Limits’. The event was held at Xara Lodge and was also streamed online.
During the panel discussion, Maria discussed the challenges that employers and managers (as well as employees themselves) are being faced with, to empower others and themselves in today’s current pandemic situation. The challenge of empowering employees to change their skills set in this current situation was also discussed.
The panel discussion was moderated by Ms Michelle Fenech Seguna, Director of HR, Westin Dragonara Resort.
