Internship opportunities
We are looking for part-time interns to occupy the role of Office Administrator and join our team for a minimum period of 3 months. This opportunity also gives exposure to business and HR advisory projects.
Your duties and responsibilities
The internship will cover the following duties and responsibilities:
- To assist in business and HR advisory projects
- To check supplies levels and place orders, when necessary
- To answer telephone calls and direct them, when necessary
- To open mail and direct them, when necessary
- To liaise with suppliers including office cleaners and settle payments, accordingly
- To greet clients and offer refreshments
- To issue invoices and keep financials up-to-date
- To update the company’s website with news and other relevant information
- To manage all the company’s social media
- To prepare and send newsletter campaigns
- To respond to all emails in a timely and effective manner
Our ideal
Ideal candidates would be highly motivated individuals who are able to speak English well. Fluency in Maltese and Italian would be considered an asset.
